7. Returns and Exchanges
Exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the item is in its original condition, and within 30 days in case of a manufacturing defect. Firstly, for returns before the delivery representative leaves, the customer bears the shipping costs. Secondly, returns after the delivery person leaves. 1- Returns via the shipping company: The customer bears the return shipping costs, and the price of the returned item will be refunded via bank transfer within 10 days of receiving the returned item after inspection and approval at the point of sale. 2- Returns through the point of sale: The price of the item will be refunded after review, using the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Third, exchange via shipping company. The customer bears the shipping costs from the customer to the point of sale and also the shipping costs from the point of sale back to the customer. Fourth, exchange at the point of sale. The exchange is processed immediately after inspection of the product.
