Shipping Information within the Arab Republic of Egypt
At leathermode, we are committed to providing a smooth and secure shopping experience from the moment your order is placed until it is delivered. We ensure that all orders are shipped as quickly as possible, maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy through our trusted delivery partners.
Delivery Areas
We offer shipping to all governorates across Egypt, including major cities and remote areas. Delivery areas include, but are not limited to:
- Greater Cairo (Cairo – Giza – Qalyubia)
- Alexandria
- Delta and Upper Egypt governorates
- Suez Canal cities and Sinai
- Red Sea and Mediterranean coastal cities
Delivery Time
- Greater Cairo: 1 to 3 business days
- Other governorates: 2 to 5 business days depending on the customer’s location and order type
Note: Business days are counted from Sunday to Thursday and do not include official holidays.
Order Confirmation and Delivery Process
- Customers will be contacted via phone or WhatsApp to confirm order details and delivery address prior to shipment.
- Orders are dispatched through reliable courier services with shipment tracking available.
- Customers will receive a notification once the order has been dispatched and again upon delivery.
Payment Options
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Online payment via available payment methods (if activated)
Returns and Exchanges
